Oenological analysis
Rum with a beautiful copper color, aged for 4 to 5 years in oak barrels. The balanced scents of roasted coffee and mocha are enhanced by beautiful spicy and woody notes. The aromas developed in a beautiful lemony vegetable freshness evoke the nougatine, the spices, the fruits cooked with a refined woody.
